【摘要】:Thispracticeisprovidedtodevelopandmaintainuniformityinpracticesforselection,contentandplacementofuserinstructionsfortreestands,particularlywithregardtoqualityassuranceandsafety.Itisemphasizedthattheuseofthesepracticeswillnotalterthevalidityofdatadeterminedwithspecifictests,butprovidesguidanceintheinterpretationoftestresults(validorinvalid)andguidanceintheselectionofareasonablegeneralprovisioninthoseinstanceswherenostandardexiststoday.1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidanceforprovidinguserinstructionsfortreestands.1.2Thevaluesstatedareininch-poundunitsandaretoberegardedasstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
