【摘要】:ThispartofISO3386specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthecompressionstress-straincharacteristicsofflexiblecellularpolymericmaterialsofdensitygreaterthan250kg/m.Thecompressionstress-straincharacteristicisameasureoftheload-bearingpropertiesofthematerial,thoughnotnecessarilyofitscapacitytosustainalong-termload.Thecompressionstress-straincharacteristicdiffersfromtheindentationhardnesscharacteristics(asdeterminedinaccordancewithISO2439)whichareknowntobeinfluencedbythethicknessandthetensilepropertiesoftheflexiblecellularmaterialundertest,theshapeofthecompressionpiate,andtheshapeandsizeofthetestpiece.ISO3386-1specifiesamethodforlow-densityflexiblematerials,anddiffersfromPart2inthefollowingways:-Part1isconcernedwithmaterialsofdensityupto250kg/m,whilstPart2ismainlyconcernedwithmaterialsofdensityabove250kg/m;-compressionstressvalueshavebeendeletedfromPart2;-Part2doesnotallowtheuseofacylindricaltestpiece.ThispartofISO3386isageneralmethodfortestingdenserflexiblecellularmaterials(i.e.expandedcellularrubbers),measurementsbeingmadeononeofmorepointsonthesteeplyrisingpartofthestress-straincurve.Theshapefactorofthetestpieceisimportantandcomparativetestresultscanonlybeobtainedontestpieceshavingthesameshapefactor.NOTE1Forcomparisonpurposes,themethodmaybeusedformaterialof150kg/mdensityorgreater.
