【摘要】:ThisSAERecommendedPracticeestablishesaratingscaleforsubjectiveevaluationofvehiclehandling.Thescaleisapplicablefortheevaluationofspecificvehiclehandlingpropertiesinspecificmaneuversontheprovinggroundsandhighways.Thevalidityoftheevaluationisrestrictedtotheindividualhandlingdisciplinesdefinedbythesemaneuversandtotheparticularcombinationofconditionsofthevehicle(e.g.,equipment,degreeofmaintenance)andoftheenvironment(e.g.,road,weather).Thisdocumentisintendedasaguidetowardstandardpracticeandissubjecttochangetokeeppagewithexperienceandtechnicaladvances.
