【摘要】:Thispracticeliststhephysicalrequirementsthatanimpactmachineshallmeetinordertoberegisteredasareferencemachine.Thispracticedescribestheprocedurebywhichareferencemachineshallbequalifiedtomaketeststoestablishreferencevalues.Theserequirementsandproceduresarenotintendedtobeappliedtoimpactmachinesandtestingproceduresusedforpurposesotherthantoqualifymachinesforthedeterminationofreferencevaluesofverificationspecimens.Thispracticedoesnotdescribetheprocedurebywhichthereferencevalueforaspecifiedreferencematerialisdetermined.Theprocedurevarieswiththematerialbeingtestedandistobefoundindifferentstandardsforvariousspecifiedverificationmaterials.Valuesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.SIunitsaregivenforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
