【摘要】:1ThispartofISO10366establishesasystemofdesignationformethylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(MABS)mouldingandextrusionmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2ThetypesofMABSplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)Vicatsofteningtemperatureb)meltvolume-flowratec)Charpynotchedimpactstrengthd)tensilemodulusandoninformationaboutcomposition,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3IThispartofISO10366isapplicabletoallmethylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrenematerialsconsistingofacontinuousphasebasedmainlyoncopolymersofstyrene(and/oranalkyl-substitutedstyrene),acrylonitrileandmethylmethacrylateandadispersedelastomericphasebasedonbutadiene.ItappliestoMABSmaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpellets,unmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO10366doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
