【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofbaggageandequipmenttractors,whenusedasin-tendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforseeablebythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoself-propelledbaggageandequipmenttractorswithdriveraccommodation.ExamplesofsometypicalbaggageandequipmenttractorsareshowninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytopedestriancontrolledequipment.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehi-clesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletobaggageandequipmenttractorsmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublica-tionbyCENofthisstandard.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehi-cles)andEN1915-4.
