【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsoffire-resistanthydraulicfluidsforhydrostaticandhydrodynamichydraulicsystemsingeneralindustrialapplications.Itisnotintendedforuseinaerospaceorpowergenerationapplications,wheredifferentrequirementsapply.Itprovidesguidanceforsuppliersandendusersoffire-resistanthydraulicfluidsandalsodirectionforequipmentmanufacturersofhydraulicsystems.ThisInternationalStandardiswritteninageneralformsothatitsapplicationcanaccommodatevariousclimaticconditionsthroughouttheworld.Italsostipulatestherequirementsoffire-resistanthydraulicfluidsatthetimeofdelivery.ISO6743-4establishestheclassificationoffluidsusedinhydraulicapplications.OfthecategoriescoveredbyISO6743-4,onlythefollowingaredetailedinthisspecification:HFAE,HFAS,HFB,HFC,HFDRandHFDU.NOTEForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theexpressions"%(m/m)"and"%(V/V)"areusedtorepresentrespectivelythemassfractionandthevolumefractionofamaterial.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846explainstheprinciplesunderlyingparts2to5ofISO10846fordeterminingthetransferpropertiesofvibrationisolatorsfromlaboratorymeasurements,andprovidesassistanceintheselectionoftheappropriatepartofthisseries.ThispartofISO10846isapplicabletovibrationisolatorswhichareusedtoreduce:a)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiatefluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborne,orother);b)thetransmissionoflowfrequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz)whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansorcausedamagetostructureswhenvibrationistoosevere.ThedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethodswhichareoutlinedinthispartofISO10846andfurtherdetailedinparts2to5ofISO10846canbeusedfor:—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers;—informationduringproductdevelopment;—qualitycontrol;—computationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughisolators.Theconditionsforthevalidityofthemeasurementmethodsarea)linearityofthevibrationalbehaviouroftheisolator(thisincludeselasticelementswithnon-linearstaticload-deflectioncharacteristicsaslongastheelementsshowapproximatelinearityforvibrationalbehaviourforagivenstaticpreload);b)thecontactinterfacesofthevibrationisolatorwiththeadjacentsourceandreceiverstructurescanbeconsideredaspointcontacts.
