【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesconstructional,functional,sizing,andtestingrequirements,alsodocumentationandmarkingofgassafetyshut-offdevices:—forinletpressuresupto100barandnominaldiametersuptoDN400;—usedatanoperatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to+60℃whichoperatewithfuelgasesofthe1and2familyaccordingtoEN437intransmissionanddistributionnetworksandindustrialinstallations.Forinletpressureshigherthan100barornominaldiametersDN>400oroperatingtemperaturesoutsidetherange-20℃to60℃,thisstandardcanbeconsideredasaguideline.Gassafetyshut-offdeviceswillhereafterbecalledSSDsexceptintitles.ThisEuropeanStandardconsidersthefollowingclassesofSSD:a)Temperatureclasses:—class1:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-10℃to60℃;—class2:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to60℃.b)Functionalclasses:—classA:SSDsthatclosewhendamagetothepressuresensingelementoccurs(applicabletooverpressureSSDsonly)orwhenexternalpowerfails;—classB:SSDsthatdonotclosewhendamagetothepressuresensingelementoccursorareabletobeopenedautomaticallybythepressurecontrolsystem(applicabletooverpressureSSDsonly).NOTE1Somecountriesorpurchaserscanrestricttheuseofsomeoftheclasseslistedabove.NOTE2SSDscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisstandardcanbedeclaredas"inconformitywithEN....".ThematerialandfunctionalrequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletoSSDswhichusethermalenergyortheeffectsofelectricalenergytotriptheoperationoftheclosingmember.FortheseSSDstheoperationalparametersarenotspecifiedinthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:—SSDsupstreamfrom/on/in"domesticgas-consumingapplianceswhichareinstalleddownstreamofdomesticgasmeters;—shut-offdevicesonlydesignedforinstallationinservicelinesinaccordancewithEN12279thatcomplywithbothofthefollowingcharacteristics:—volumetricflowrate≤200m/hatnormalconditions,—inletpressure≤5bar.
