【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsandgivesrecommendationsfortheproceduresanddesigncriteriausedforcalculatingtherequiredwallthicknessofnewtubesforpetroleumrefineryheaters.Theseproceduresareappropriatefordesigningtubesforserviceinbothcorrosiveandnon-corrosiveapplications.Theseprocedureshavebeendevelopedspecificallyforthedesignofrefineryandrelatedprocessfiredheatertubes(direct-fired,heat-absorbingtubeswithinenclosures).Theseproceduresarenotintendedtobeusedforthedesignofexternalpiping.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotgiverecommendationsfortuberetirementthickness;annexAdescribesatechniqueforestimatingtheliferemainingforaheatertube.
